Where do we come from? How did we start? Where are we going?

All valid questions for a company to share, at the same time, we don’t believe we’re similar to most other companies.

Our origin started years before we opened our doors for business. We started as an idea with little understanding of what the “right path” was, but we understood we wanted to help and serve others.

We had an opportunity to work in the direct sales industry which taught us the art of communication and self-management, and thus, CLG leadership was born.

WINNING

CLG first opened its doors in Virginia Beach working with a major telecommunication client and within 2 years tripled in size and expanded to markets such as Knoxville, St Louis, and Nashville.

At CLG our passion is seeing our client’s customer base grow while developing future managers for their brand. With this is mind, our goal is to grow and expand into 10 more markets come the end of 2025.

Who Is Colleen Buck?

Colleen brings a wealth of experience and a passion for high-performance teams. A University of Oregon graduate, Colleen began her career in Denver, where she quickly discovered her love for sales and the motivated, results-driven culture that fuels success in the industry.

She values performance-based promotions, which she believes encourage personal growth, accountability, and team success. Over the years, Colleen has gained expertise in operational management, working with four Fortune 100 clients to drive excellence and meet business goals.

One of Colleen’s proudest achievements is building the leadership team in Nashville. Through mentorship and development, she has seen the team thrive. Looking ahead, Colleen plans to expand her influence and help lead operational management in over 20 markets.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys staying active and loves outdoor activities like yoga, hiking, and nature walks. She’s a lifelong sports fan, supporting the Buffalo Bills and Oregon Ducks, and enjoys trying new craft beers and spicy mojitos with friends.

With a strong drive for growth and innovation, Colleen is excited about the future and looks forward to leading her teams to even greater success as CLG Nashville expands into new markets.

Michael Lorenzano, Operational Manager at CLG Nashville, brings strong leadership and a competitive drive to the team. He’s passionate about helping people develop both in sales and in their careers. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing golf and basketball, staying active while also unwinding by listening to podcasts. He loves traveling and exploring new places, always seeking fresh experiences and inspiration along the way. Simple. We represent AT&T in large big box retail locations and we sign up new and existing customers. We rely on a law of average sales system because it is so simple we are able to teach a large variety of skill-sets like self management, sales, communication skills, resilience, attitude maintenance/mental toughness.

Again, this is all learned from the sales portion of what we do.
