However, after practicing as a nurse for two years, I found myself in a career crisis. I yearned to provide holistic care, unbound by restrictive systems.
That’s when CLG Nashville entered my life, and the shift from scrubs to blazers began.
Despite the apparent contrast, the essence of my work remained consistent:
- Relationship Building and Passion for Wellbeing: Whether with families and patients or candidates and customers, the focus remains on building meaningful connections and advocating for the wellbeing of others.
- Communication Skills: From coordinating with families and care teams to liaising with candidates and customers, effective communication remains a cornerstone.
- Solution-Oriented Approach: Adapting to a fast-paced setting, I now work swiftly on my feet to ensure optimal experiences for candidates and clients.
- Data Tracking and Compilation: The ability to track and compile data for desired outcomes persists, albeit in a different context.
Transitioning industries brought invaluable gains and discoveries:
